Shipping Insurance :

Shipping Policy:
We will confirm the shipping address with the buyer within 1 business day of sale. We shall send the goods with confirmation from the buyer of the shipping address within 1-2 business days via courier. If for some reason the buyer is not reachable, then the registered paypal's shipping address will be used for shipping(the same 2-3 business days applies). Please email sales@voxzone.com if you need help.

Warranty:
**We offer 1 year limited warranty and will pay for one way shipping of the replacement unit within 30 days of the purchase. The buyer is responsible for one way shipping of the RMA item back to us within the 30 days period. After this 30 days has passed, the buyer is responsible for shipping of faulty equipment back to us as well as shipping cost for the replacement items in either direction. All Voxzone X100P has a security hollogram sticker, if this sticker is removed, then the warranty is void. Please quote the RA number when claiming for warranty.

Seller's return policy:
Items must be returned by 3days with receipt from postal service. Refund will be given as moneyback charged to paypal. A return policy of 20% restock fee (cost of goods sold applies) if the goods is in working condition. All goods must be in working order and in original packing.

Shipping cost is USD 9.99 flat per item to World. Each additional item is USD 9.99. If ordering more than 5, please contact me or leave a message. Discounts apply after 10cards, at the rate of 10%, 15% for 50 cards and above, or 20% for 100 cards after depending on the quanity and shipping costs.
